Used Equipment Description: The Big John 100 D tree spade is mounted on a 2007 Volvo VHD and comes with 4 super single tires and 4 aggregate tires. It only has 75,000 km and runs great! Truck has an extended body to accommodate large trees which is a great asset in the 100″ class of truck mounted tree spades when digging and hauling LARGE TREES! The 100 D spade has had all upper and lower blade tower pins and bushing re-done in spring 2022. All brass square and round sliders were replaced on all blades in spring 2022. Truck just had a full service done including oil and filter change and fuel filter. Comes with 100″ tree spade boot, tree tarp and water pump. The extended truck body and aggregate tires made a huge difference to our business, as it allowed us to start digging trees earlier and continue digging later into the season. This set us apart from our competition and allowed us to dig trees year round. Great truck, great unit and can move 40′ trees no problem.
