Used Equipment Description: 1993 Vermeer 8000 tree spade. We still use this spade on a daily basis like we have for the last 25 years. It’s always stored inside and not ran in the winters. This spade has always been very very well taken care of and always greased on a daily basis. I’ve rebuilt almost everything on this machine at some point . All wear blocks and lift track slides are machined out of Nylatron plastic and I have complete extra sets of blade wear blocks that come with it. I had custom blade cylinders built years ago to give it more digging power and a much more reliable cylinder all around. It has blade tower reinforcements that we designed years ago to help prevent twisting. 10 years ago I put in all new digging chains in the towers. Blades have been re-edged and hard surfaced. It will come as spade and fenders only. No water tank, no center platform and no truck (Truck is not for sale!!!!) It will also come with a pod that is currently in my pod trailer. The pod is built specifically for this unit. You only get the pod not the trailer. Spade is Ready to go to work it is just time to update to another 90. Currently located in Central MN but will be available for pick up at Big John after the first of the year.
